Time and Attendance software deals with different employee grades
A Freedom of Information (FoI) request has revealed that 30 Dyfed-Powys Police staff receive salaries of more than £40,000 a year. The request asked for details of ‘civilian’ staff that earn more than £40,000, in other words not including police officers. The biggest salary is for the Director of Finance and Resources, earning £96,375. A previous FoI request has shown that the average wage of a police constable in the Dyfed-Powys force area is £30,839 (based on February 2010).
Installing a Time & Attendance Wales system, which is based on smart card technology, allows your employees to clock in and out extremely quickly. This information can be exported in many forms to allow integration with existing payroll software and the system is particularly useful in dealing with professions that involve much overtime, like the constabulary. Your employees’ time and attendance data is available in real time. Many additional features are available, which include Shift Premiums – here complex payment schemes can be used, based on factors such as the time of working to the grade of employee.
