Swift software personnel reports improve on older manual card based systems
Some 290 call centre jobs are under threat at Swansea. Work for the 290 concerned will end in October unless it finds new clients, says their employers Conduit UK. The firm said it had created "hundreds of jobs" in south Wales in the last year, with bases in Cardiff and Swansea. In February it was one of six big employers taking part in a jobs fair in Cardiff, offering more than 500 call centre posts.
Time and Attendance Wales are available to help customers dealing with a reduced bottom line get the best from their works attendance system. The software allows an at-a-glance summary of time and attendance details, showing individuals or groups of employees. Users can print reports created by themselves on any standard reports using a range of parameters, such as different dates, departments, groups or employees. This makes available information that would normally take hours or even days to produce with older manual card based systems or older DOS based computers.
