Flexible payroll software shows only those employees who have worked overtime
Employees at a Flintshire trailer maker begin today (Thursday, June 2, 2010) the first in a series of two-day strikes over a long term pay dispute. Almost 40 workers at Ifor Williams Trailers have already walked out three times. The firm claimed its offer of £9.10 per hour was above average for Deeside, and a month ago rejected union claims it had refused to hold more talks. Union members want the same pay as workers at the firm’s Corwen factory.
Time and Attendance Wales specialise in software and systems that handle all major payroll calculations and integrate with all major payroll applications. With the flexible software you can view all time and attendance information for an employee or a single department; and take an at-a-glance summary of time and attendance details, showing individuals or groups of employees. Comprehensive user-definable working patterns, rosters and shifts can be set up. "Only if" reports can be created to show, for example, only those employees who have worked overtime.
