In the Employee screens an index tab system
is used hold different categories of information. Some of these are
user definable fields, including user definable tables and arrays.
The Group Holiday Planner displays a whole
year of absences at a time. Allows easy view of incidences of multiple
absences, whether in the past or the future, making it an ideal management
tool. Absence codes / colours are user definable with separate rules for each.
Designing your own reports is easy! Using a "drag & drop" interface,
reports are quickly defined.
"Only if" reports can be created to show, for example, only those who have
worked overtime, particular types of absence, illness or just who is
on holiday!
Each user can define their own reports as save these for future printing;
automatically or on-demand. The software can be set to automatically
print out any of the user defined or standard reports on a daily, weekly
or even a monthly basis. This is accomplished by using the Timed Report
File update program.
Users can print report created by themselves on any standard reports
using a range of parameters, such as different dates, departments,
groups or employees.
This makes available information that would normally
take hours or even days to produce with older manual card based systems
or older DOS based computers.
Initially, a report is printed to the PC screen
so that it can be pre-viewed before actual printing. This gives the
user a chance to check the report and, if necessary, re-print it.
In
many cases, users only require to 'view' data, thereby saving the time and cost of
actual printing to paper. The report definition facility is extremely powerful, whilst
being easy to use to produce exactly the reports you require.
A report can also be saved in a variety of formats or even transferred
to other Windows packages.
This is a quick and easy process once users become familiar with the
Windows environment.
Our software has lots of standard analysis and viewing screens which
enable you to analyse, approve and audit clocking transaction made
by employees.
Hours worked by employee, shift or department can be instantly checked; as can Flexi
time balances and core-time violations.
