Time and Attendance Systems using Smart Cards

Time & Attendance Wales systems are based on "Smart Card" technology, allowing your employees to clock in and out extremely quickly. This information can be used to ensure that European working time regulations are not breeched and can be exported in many forms to allow  integration with existing payroll software. Your employees time and attendance data is gathered from the clocking machines and available in real time. Customized reports allow you to get the in time and attendance information you need to make on the spot personnel decisions.

Up to 15 times faster than equivalent swipe card technology, smart cards are the clocking solution for the 21st Century.

Full system including Smart Card Clocking Station, 50 Smart Cards and time and attendance software, which includes a module for the 48-hour working week
start from only £1,495.

Our badges work on a proximity read method, which means that you do not have to remove your badge from a wallet in order to clock in or out, as the badge is automatically read within a 1/4 of a second of being placed in front of a reader.

This not only restricts the hours that employees may work in a given period but also the minimum daily and weekly rest periods. All companies will need an easy and accurate method of recording their employees hours and breaks so that they are not in breach of the new EEC Working Time Directive. Failure to comply, T8440 Time and Attendance Clocking Station or to provide up to 2 years documentation and proof that workers  have followed the Directive can result in Court Action.
